For Significant Data Fiduciaries

DPO-as-a-Service

A resident Data Protection Officer for your organisation — backed by a full legal team and the platform's evidence — so you meet the Act's DPO duties without hiring and training in-house.

What the DPDP Act requires

A Significant Data Fiduciary must appoint a Data Protection Officer based in India, responsible to its board, who acts as the point of contact for the grievance-redressal mechanism. Every Data Fiduciary — SDF or not — must publish the contact details of a DPO or a person who can answer questions about data processing.

The DPO is an accountable role, not just a mailbox. They must understand the Act, your data, and be able to engage with the Data Protection Board.
