About DPDP Bridge

Compliance you can prove — from a team that does both

The DPDP Act asks organisations to get the law right and build the systems to honour it. Most vendors do one. We built DPDP Bridge to do both — legal expertise and technology, under one roof.

Why DPDP Bridge exists

When the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 came into force, Indian organisations faced a hard problem: the law is detailed, the technology to honour it is specialised, and the two rarely sit in the same place. A lawyer can tell you what consent must look like; a developer can build a consent form — but the gap between them is where compliance quietly fails.

DPDP Bridge closes that gap. We are a lawyer-led compliance company with a platform of our own: advocates interpret the Act for your business, and our technology executes it — consent, PII protection, data mapping, breach response, DPO services and independent audit. The result is compliance you can demonstrate to a regulator, not merely assert.

Our guiding idea: in data protection, proof beats promises. Every consent we capture can be independently verified — the strongest evidence a Data Fiduciary can hold.
Our mission

To make DPDP compliance practical, affordable and provable for every Indian organisation.

India's businesses — from startups to banks — were asked to meet a detailed new law almost overnight. We pair legal expertise with technology so that compliance is something any organisation can reach, afford, and demonstrate to a regulator — not just claim.

Ms. Jyoti Malhotra

Chief Executive Officer — DPDP Bridge

Ms. Jyoti Malhotra leads DPDP Bridge as Chief Executive Officer, driving the company's mission to make DPDP Act compliance practical, affordable and provable for Indian organisations. She champions the "legal + technology" model at the heart of DPDP Bridge — pairing legal rigour with a working platform so that compliance is something businesses can show, not just claim.

Under her leadership, DPDP Bridge delivers an end-to-end programme — from PII discovery and consent management through to a resident DPO and independent audit — tailored to each organisation's size and risk.

"The DPDP Act is not a one-time checkbox. Our job is to make compliance something you can prove on any given day — and to keep it that way as the Rules evolve."
